I have to start this review by saying I am a VERY satisfied customer , last year I had them recommended to me from a person I trust , I had issues with my water softener, I called them , and was told there was a person close by in the neighborhood. 45 minutes later a service person arrived and had my problem corrected in less than ten minutes!, please tell me ANYONE who has had that fast of service for anything! Fast forward to this year, again I was working in the house and had a similar problem with my softener. . I called late afternoon and was told someone would be there in the morning. They arrived and explained everything to me , they replaced some worn out pieces and had it running as good as new in less than an hour. I was given a complete and thorough explanation of the whole system. Just outstanding service , i highly recommend this company!
